Weird & Wandering Sideshow

The “Mr Blank’s Weird & Wandering Sideshow” is a slightly improvised Multi-Media Music & Performance show. We showcase some of our sideshow performances (Human Blockhead, Human Pincushion, Glass walker/eater, a Bed of Nails, Fire Eater, Clown and Mime, Bearded Lady, Bellydancers, Jugglers, Burlesque Girls, Wolf Boy, Hoopers, Poi, and more) combined with odd musical performances (experimental, improvised sound exploration, carnie-acoustic, etc) in an old-timey vaudevillian inspired sideshow.

The cast is made up members from “Mr Blank’s Carnivale of Black Hearts”, and in actuality the sideshow is just another version of the Carnivale show focusing on vaudevillian-punk sideshow stunts and skits, but developed for touring.

What happen was that we took the “Mr Blank” solo experimental music project and combined that with the ideas we used for the Carnivale and developed a show that could be performed solo by Mr Blank, or with other members joining him. This way when we tour out of town, and not all members of the Carnivale troupe can make it, we still have a show!
